Maria Maldonado Smith’s numerous years in the corporate space has equipped her with the ability to help others perform their best and present their most authentic self in any setting. For 16 years Maria has been coaching, developing, mentoring, consulting and building up women’s confidence to reach their goals. She is known for her vision board sessions which are not only fun, but help young women define and focus on their goals. Maria believes interviewing for your chosen career field, the college of your dreams, or the title you’ve been working hard towards should be enjoyed… and definitely not feared or full of anxiety.
